RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Rates exclude vat
  • Deposit of R200 cash for private bookings on arrival
  • Deposit of R500 for groups is required on arrival.
  • This will be refunded if there is nothing broken or missing.
  • Arrival time 3pm - 8pm no visitors will be allowed at or before the time.
  • If guests require later arrivals, they must obtain prior approval
  • . Right of admission reserved
  • Guests enter property at their own risk.
  • Departure time 10 ama Express

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Please note that deposits and payments made 60 days + before date off arrival will forfeit 15%= commission paid to agents and 10 % to Hazyview Country Cottages.
  • Bookings made 60 days and less will forfeit whole payment.
  • Guests making a booking and who do not arrive will be liable for the full amount.

 

However Management is prepare to review all cancellations and make final decisions subject to circumstances

Thank you so much for an awesome weekend. As per my comments on the comments form you will note that your staff were awesome. Their friendliness really contributed towards our happy stay, I have been to several places but wow what a great break we had.
We will definitely be coming back, I have asked Merchant to pencil in the 13-16 June.

 Everything he suggested was excellent as he has a vast knowledge of the area. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and most importantly, fantastic value. We could not believe we got a whole cottage to ourselves for the very small amount we paid.
 Enoch was also ever so friendly and a super cook – his cottage pie was a real highlight of our week. If you are going to Hazyview – you must stay here!”
